Who you choose in WWE 2K25 MyGM mode makes a huge difference in how you play. The power cards each GM can get differ in how useful they are, but you can always get more. If you use the power cards you get in a smart way, you'll find that some GMs play better than others, almost to an unfair level.
This is mostly a personal choice because the power cards act more like strategies you can use while playing WWE 2K25. If you like a certain GM more than others, then you have every right to think they're the best. Players can also add in female wrestlers against males thanks to the newest feature added after 11 years of waiting.

Stephanie McMahon Is The Best One There
Former Wrestler & Daughter of Vince McMahon
Stephanie McMahon is a great choice for anyone playing MyGM in WWE 2K25. Her power card is The McMahon Presence, which lets you earn twice as much money from arena attendance. This is a play on having a father who has controlled wrestling entertainment for so long. However, this can be very overpowered if used correctly. The thing about these cards is that, although they're not unlimited, you can decide when to use them, which adds strategy.

Is WWE 2K25 On Xbox Game Day-One?
Unfortunately for wrestling fans, WWE 2K25 has not been announced as being available from day one on Xbox Game when it launces in March.
There are a few changes in MyGM this year, but one thing that hasn't changed is that having a good mindset about your wrestlers involves making a long-term plan for using them. Instead of just putting them out randomly, you want to build up to your championship fights. Normally, that's a no-brainer. Obviously, you're going to want to do this, but thanks to McMahon's power card, this goes way further. You have the chance to make double the biggest amount you could hope for.
While she's not my favorite, McMahon is arguably the top manager in the game, and it feels like her biggest rival pick would be William Regal, who hurts your rival brands instead of helping yours.
This, in turn, lets you invest more in yourself, and then that process repeats. You're going to get more power cards over time, but do yourself a favor and save one. Keep that one for your biggest event, and then profit heavily by using it when you run that event. If you waste them, you may see short-term benefits, but you'll regret it.
Miss Elizabeth Can Make Parts Really Easy
Her Power Card Can Be A Lifesaver
Miss Elizabeth has a power card that feels more like a trump card in MyGM mode in WWE 2K25. Her power card lets you pick any superstar in your brand and instantly max out their popularity, stamina, and morale. Stamina and morale would be one thing, but a boost in popularity is a real lifesaver. It's like being able to reuse the same wrestler at their peak whenever you need to. This is an incredibly overpowered card.

WWE 2K25: All New & Returning Superstars On The Roster
Over 300 wrestlers will appear on WWE 2K25’s roster. Here are the ones who have been confirmed so far, and who’s new in this year’s installation.
While most cards are good to hold onto, this one shouldn't be squandered through saving. There are times when you need a wrestler at their best because you don't have any other options and can't afford to draft another superstar. This card comes in and basically restarts the wrestler with as much fanfare as possible. What was once a bad situation becomes the start of a great one.
A good alternative to Miss Elizabeth is Sensational Sherry, who will reduce the wrestlers of an opposing brand by one rank.
That is a little unfair, and there are some people who could abuse it, even with its limited usability. However, that doesn't take away from the fact that Miss Elizabeth is a great choice for anyone playing MyGM. You really shouldn't need this card if you're a good manager and can balance things out, but sometimes you want to take every advantage you can get from a superstar if they're making money or you have a bad week going.
Adam Pearce Is Great If You're New To WWE 2K25
His Power Card Feels Like It's Easy To Get Used To
I like Adam Pearce in MyGM the most while playing WWE 2K25 because his power card is pretty light compared to the others on this list but still does a lot of good. His card lets you increase all current rivalries by 2 ranks. That sounds pretty basic, but it can do a lot to earn you more money. The biggest thing you need to about GM mode is that you're trying to make a good show for the audience. You want them to be entertained, and higher rivalries mean more money when you match wrestlers together.
If you don't like Adam Pierce, you might want to go with Paul Heyman because he can make your promos twice as effective, which is similar but not as effective for planning.
This card doesn't go so far that it makes the game less fun like a lot of cards tend to. Instead, you still need to be smart about when you use it. I like to save uses for big matchups, and not just every single time wrestlers fight. However, that only works if you were smart when picking wrestlers for your roster. If you can switch wrestlers out for those you'd get with a season or by unlocking them, and benefit from each one well, then it's great.
If you're stuck with the minimum of nine wrestlers because you ran out of money, I'd recommend using it more often than you would otherwise. You need it to get money to fill up your roster. Fans like it when there are more wrestlers to watch, and increasing rivalries won't be as good of a move if there are fewer wrestlers with rivalries in WWE 2K25.
