March 17th’s Wordle answer was an easy word to guess, especially if players used the best Wordle combo from the start. Wordle has exploded as a daily puzzle game worldwide for its simple rules and is still going strong as a popular puzzle-solving game. Players have to guess a five-letter word in six attempts or less, all while only getting a visual hint. Wordle uses a random word for the daily answer every 24 hours, and many times some of them can be hard to guess.
Wordle’s rules are simple to follow as the game hints players with visual cues. For example, when a player uses a word, the game will respond by changing the box's color to either green or yellow. When a box’s color turns green, it means that the letter within that box is being used in today’s Wordle answer and is also in the right spot. However, if players are greeted with a yellow box, that means the letter in that box is being used in the answer but is not in the correct place.
Once players are done attempting the Wordle puzzle, they can share their results with other Wordle players on platforms like Facebook and Twitter. It’s worth pointing out that when players share their progress on social media, it does not spoil today’s Wordle answer. Instead, players can share their progress by clicking on the “Share” button, which copies color-coded emoji boxes (green and yellow) and the number of attempts it took the player to guess the answer. What’s cool is that these boxes can be understood by other Wordle players and understand how close or far a player was from guessing today's Wordle answer.

Many players like to get hints similar to clues they may have come across in other vocabulary puzzle games. These hints are akin to indications seen in crossword players and might point the player in the right direction. Here are some hints that might come in handy for solving today’s Wordle answer:

Wordle 271 Answer (March 17)
If players were not able to guess today’s Wordle answer, the solution in MOVIE. In our first attempt, we used the word ‘ROAST,’ which revealed only one letter being used in the right spot. The next word we used was ‘DROVE,’ which showed one additional letter being used in the wrong spot and one letter in the right place. Finally, in our third attempt, we used the word ‘MOVES,’ which revealed another letter being used in the right spot. Once we knew the correct position of four letters, we easily guessed today’s Wordle answer MOVIE.
