Though they all have a strict streak, Captain Sandy Yawn definitely comes off as the strictest <em>Below Deck</em> captain to me. She’s super hands-on and doesn’t hesitate to micromanage when things go off course, and while I respect her work ethic and high standards, her leadership style can be a bit intense at times. Compared to someone like Captain Jason Chambers, who’s more laid-back, Sandy runs a much tighter, tenser ship.
