Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane is best known for his work on television, but he has stepped away from the small screen occasionally to helm feature-length movies including Ted and Ted 2. While he has recently directed TV episodes for The Orville and Peacock's Ted prequel, he hasn't directed a movie since 2015. Now that his 2014 Western spoof A Million Ways to Die in the West is trending on Netflix in the U.S., is now the time for him to seize the opportunity and direct another movie? And if so, what should it be? A third Ted movie, a feature-length The Orville movie, or another wholly original story?
