The Bachelor's Joey Graziadei recently won Dancing With The Stars, but his shocking weight loss may be worrying his fiancée, Kelsey Anderson. 28-year-old Joey was always athletic. Before making his television debut as a contestant on Charity Lawson's season of The Bachelorette, he was a tennis pro who was in excellent shape. Joey made it to Charity's final two, but when she gave her final rose to someone else, he was cast as The Bachelor.

Joey kicked off The Bachelor season 28 by greeting 32 single women, the most of any previous season. Among the women was 25-year-old Kelsey Anderson, who went on to win his final rose, and a diamond engagement ring. After getting engaged, Joey went on to win Dancing With The Stars season 33, during which he lost weight and changed his body completely. Competing on Dancing With The Stars season 33 had a major physical impact on Joey. Soon after winning the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy, along with his professional dance partner, Jenna Johnson, Joey appeared on the Lightweights Podcast With Joe Vulpis on YouTube, where he discussed all the weight he lost while filming the dance competition.

“I definitely got a little too thin quickly,” Joey explained. The Bachelor season 28 star said he lost weight especially fast while practicing the jive and the samba, which are particularly fast-paced dances. According to Joey, he went from wearing size 32 pants to being closer to a size 30, all while getting more toned and cut.

Physically And Emotionally

In addition to changing his body, competing on Dancing With The Stars 33 changed Joey in other ways. Some of the changes are good, as The Bachelor 28 star now realizes he can accomplish anything he sets his mind to, but some of the changes are less positive. There's been some online speculation that winning DWTS inflated Joey's ego while slimming his waistline.

Joey's rapid weight-loss while filming Dancing With The Stars season 33 was not lost on his fiancée, Kelsey, who was living with him in Los Angeles while The Bachelor star filmed the show. During the aforementioned podcast interview with Joe Vulpis, Joey said that Kelsey noticed him slimming down. "You’re looking pretty thin," Kelsey told Joey. Still, Joey was amazed by the way dance transformed his body, and it's something he says he intends to keep exploring.
