In Texas Chainsaw Massacre, the family makes up the killers, and the most terrifying of them is Sissy. Though Leatherface may be a recognizable name for most franchise fans, Sissy takes the spotlight for being the scariest. Sissy is by far one of the most intimidating killers, as victims don't stand a chance once she begins her chase.

Sissy is a character that, while not dealing the most damage, completely makes up for it in endurance. With the right build, she can make it nearly impossible for victims to escape her while in pursuit. While some have found ways to escape her wrath, she has perks that can be very punishing in Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

While having relatively low savagery, 10/50, doesn't keep Sissy from being one of the most threatening characters in the game. Her default endurance starts at 23/50, which is an incredible starting point for Sissy's build in Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Her main perk is Bane which allows her to blow clouds of poison into the path of victims to block them or poison some of their needed items. Her other default perks include:

  • Pack Animal: After being injured with a sneak attack, the victim will remain visible for a short duration of time.
  • Hurt Pride: After recovering from a stun, stamina will recharge faster for a set amount of time.
  • Blood Runner: Stamina consumption is reduced when a blood vial of 50% is carried.

Best Sissy Build & Strategies

Sissy in Texas Chainsaw Massacre

Since Sissy doesn't have much to work with regarding savagery, there is no point in putting more effort into that. Instead, it's best to put more work into her endurance to make it busted. This is the best way to ensure that a chase with Sissy is one that most victims won't make out of unscathed. Additionally, since most victims have realized this fact, Wells gets much more use when Sissy is around, especially in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre's multiplayer mode.

One way to counteract this is to make that less of an advantage by using perks like Down The Rabbit Hole, which makes you visible after jumping in a well. Level Up Down The Rabbit Hole, and Sissy can have almost 20 seconds of victim visibility, making it easy to reinstate the chase.

As this is the primary method for safety when getting away from Sissy, it can allow her to engage in an almost indefinite chase, especially when her other perks are customized to boost her stamina and endurance further. Though she may not be able to pack a powerful hit, exhausting victims, this way in and of itself is busted and will eventually wear down even the most determined Texas Chainsaw Massacre victims.
