Gun Interactive's Game Awards ceremony, though very little is known about the project as of writing.

An asymmetric multiplayer experience in the vein of Gun Interactive's and IllFonic's Friday the 13th: The Game, the new Leatherface-starring project will most notably take inspiration from Texas Chain Saw Massacre's original 1974 film, hence the title's awkward "chainsaw" spelling. Thus, as the marketing materials suggest, the experience will also, loosely, draw influence from true events, namely those related to the horrendous crimes of Plainfield, Wisconsin killer Ed Gein. Now that the cat's officially out of the bag, even more information is starting to pile up.
