  • This movie was the perfect continuation of the Far From Home cliffhanger and a love letter to Spider-Man fans. It's not the perfect movie by any means and there are definitely some arguable flaws, like how some of the humor falls flat and that the fanservice seems too forced. However, I can't be mad at a film that honors the past Spider-Man eras while also having a very strong, emotional story for Holland's Peter Parker. I'm glad they went with the bittersweet ending for him as it opens the door for his future MCU potential. Garfield's Spider-Man returning to the big screen is also a highlight for me, as I loved his portrayal and wanted him to get his redemption after his cancelled trilogy.

  • While the MCU's take on Spider-Man has been rather divisive, Spider-Man: No Way Home shot down all the criticisms of its predecessors with a rich and dramatic story that not only gave its hero a tremendous amount of depth, but also excellently used a multiverse plot to give closure to previous iterations of the franchise in as natural a way as possible. It's one of the best MCU movies since Avengers: Endgame, and overall, it did a perfect job of setting up a new staus quo for this version of Spider-Man.

  • Spider-Man: No Way Home was the perfect modern Spider-Man movie that appealed to fans from all different generations. While nostalgia is one of the movie's big selling points, there was still a strong, emotional story that helps make Tom Holland's next appearance as Peter Parker much more interesting. Seeing the likes of Willem Dafoe and Alfred Molina reprise their iconic villainous roles was fantastic, and having all three live-action Spider-Men share the screen was incredibly wholesome. It's hard to imagine another Spider-Man movie paying homage to different eras the way No Way Home did, and it will forever be one of the franchise's most iconic movies.

  • Spider-Man: No Way Home is a perfect example of when multiverse movies are at their absolute best. The opportunity to see all three live-action Spider-Men alongside a collection of their villains is chock full of prime nostalgia for those who grew up watching Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man and Andrew Garfield's Webslinger. However, the third chapter of the "Home" trilogy also takes the time for Tom Holland's MCU Spider-Man to further grow as his own hero.

Filled with incredibly exciting moments that made movie theater audiences cheer and lose their minds, 2021's No Way Home will always be cited as one of the best MCU movie post-Avengers: Endgame. It also holds a special place in my heart as a massive lover of Spider-Man and every version that has come to the big screen. It truly is a love letter to Spider-Man as a whole and everything that's come before, while also setting up a dynamic future for the MCU's Peter Parker going forward.

  • This movie is entertaining, fast-paced, and brings together the three big Spider-Man actors in a way that feels fulfilling rather than forced. It's a great example of how the multiverse can work. The old villains even get redemption arcs. Spider-Man: No Way Home is definitely one of the best Spider-Man movies behind the animated Into the Spider-Verse film.
