Even better then the first film

Chapter 2 is my favorite entry in the John Wick franchise. It expands on the fantastic premise in Chapter 1, taking the character in a new direction and revealing just how deep the assassin rabbit hole goes in the universe. It didn't overstay it's welcome like Chapter 3 did, keeping it tense throughout the entire runtime.

Tough decisions... Tough choices... This movie shows it all. The dedication and chemistry of both actors and directors are fantastic...

Much more action than the first one, just finished it today. Enjoyed it very much. Even the hand to hand fighting scenes were pretty top notch.

The first John Wick felt like a fully enclosed world; a retired assassin went on a quest for revenge, and everyone who knew him in the past tried to escape his sights. This builds on the world of assassins and the Continental in an almost parodic way, imagining a world in which every single person is a highly-trained killer.

Best Action Movie since Charles Bronson

Maybe the best John Wick movie, this film doesn't need to set up WHY John is such an engine of destruction - it just revels in that fact while expanding its secret world of international assassins. Reeves has never been an amazing actor, and he falters later in the series, but this semi-reluctant but secretly venomous John suits his talents.
