I just watched it. It was fantastic. It had to tie up things together due it to being a finale, but I thought this was done smartly and economically. The stunts were amazing, and those who say it's just about Tom and his stunts, I mean so what, that's a large part of why we watch it. But at the same time Ethan risks his life because he cares (a rarity these days) which is why the character is mythic. And because he cares, I thought the movie was emotional as well I did not expect it to be as emotional as it was, maybe for some of us, we've been following Ethan all this while and it was a bitter sweet moment. Tom Cruise delivers each time when he gives us an 'experience' at the movies. Loved it and will watch it again!
