Yhwach should have realistically won multiple times already. Since his almighty can see every possible future and alter it how he sees fit, why hasn't he brought forth a future in which every obstacle in his way is dead?

Even if the almighty isn't enough, which is absurd, he has Yamamoto's Bankai which when activated is pretty much an automatic win.
