Nice take. I was never a fan of Luke. I just saw a Molly coddled white boy with a high opinion of himself. Of course he could do everything he did in those films because he had no hang ups . He wasn’t like Anakin in the PT who was trying to overcompensate for being a slave , or Rey who struggled with self worth or Ben because he was left to feel he wasn’t good enough. He came across more of a fan insert for people with no self awareness.

I like the show, but they need to pick a lane. The OG focused on finance and corporate law. The LA one should focus on entertainment law and have criminal law attached to it. It reminds me a lot of LA Law to be frank.

Given that they hired George Nolfi to write/finish the script for Rey's movie. I am sure it still will be a go, But I don't know if they will leave Chinoy as director. But I agree with you Rey and the rest of the ST cast are too much loved and proven money makers that it would be foolish for LF to not capitalize on. Also Rey would need to be the catalyst for them to start off the rebirth of the Jedi. If they shove it far into the future without addressing what happened to her, it will leave too many open questions.
