I do not believe Boston Blue will succeed without the rest of the Reagan clan involved, particularly, Frank Reagan. It will be a hollow shell and not very compelling. CBS made a huge mistake cancelling blue Bloods, and they will not recover it's angry fans with this substandard show.

I think it is a terrible move to not include Frank Reagan in this series. Ernie Hudson is a decent actor, but he's not Frank Reagan. If Boston Blue doesn't have the Reagan family in it, I may not watch.

I am still angry about CBS' cancellation of Blue Bloods. I have no confidence in CBS' programming team. I hope this new series does well, but it will never replace Blue Bloods. I have stopped watching CBS, with the exception of sporting events which I cannot watch elsewhere. As far as I'm concerned, CBS is the least successful of the TV networks out there.
