Someone once told me that George R.R. Martin has actually completed the final instalments of the series, and has done so many years ago. But only wants to be released it post-humously so people can celebrate his life and the journey it took. Wether true or false I have no clue. What motivations could he have to do something like that, no one knows. But if it is done, I cannot wait. If it is unfinished then we have been left at the cliff-hanger of the century
