As an avid ACOTAR fan I feel that if this theory does prove to be true and Hulu does touch in this in the first season it will majorly reduce the impact of the Feyre-Rhysand bond because the audience and Feyre will have no reason to believe in the beginning that Tamlin could be Feyre's mate which will ultimately diminish the romantic plotline of the series.
