Because Daima is non canon trash. I know technically its canon but I refuse to acknowledge it. It was risky to develop a new series that happens between timelines in the first place when they could of done something more relevant and doesn't create a million plot holes. To answer the question why doesn't Vegeta use SS3 in super? Because he can't use SS3 and he has no reason to learn it at this point because its not an efficient technique

Big difference between foreshadowing and creating a new story by connecting the dots. You can't call it foreshadowing when it wasn't even created by the same person. For example Oda is a master at foreshadowing in One Piece years before the story unfolds but Toyotaro just expanded off existing concepts. No hate on Toyotaro but that's not foreshadowing.
