See AllI Can't Believe What Lilo & Stitch's Live-Action Remake Did To Jumba
I genuinely believe that they should have postponed the production rather than put this forth... But that's what you get when you blew money on CGI dwarves when there is plenty of talent that you could have drawn from
Even After 3 Years, I Still Can't Believe Disney's Luke Skywalker Was Absolutely Schooled By This Non-Jedi Star Wars Character
The presence of this story arc at all in Luke's story or at least presented as it was, shows that Disney does not understand the character that is Luke Skywalker, and just like Bethesda does not understand the IP that they are carrying. With Disney it's Star wars because religions have reformation, Luke Skywalker was the Martin Luther of the Jedi, metaphorically speaking... The Jedi becomes stronger and more worldly because of him within the legends continuity, a story that because of their negligence will have to be told too late to make a positive difference in the galaxy. With bethesda, it's them trying to maintain the post-apocalypse in a post post apocalypse story when everybody is supposed to be rebuilding.
I cannot wait for this to be retconned, normally retconning destroys things, but a return to what was Will preserve the best of what is, but then again, I think that's the entire point of this article. The writers forgot that Luke valued attachments and saw the Jedi's rejection of them direct symptoms that led to his father's fall to the dark side
Star Wars Won't Have A True Success Until The Franchise Addresses Its Biggest Problem
The toxicity of the fan base is actually a very small problem in the grand scheme of things, the bigger problem is nepotism in the industry, the toxicity of the fan base will slowly disappear if something is well written, well executed, well performed, and respects lore that comes before. This is All Star wars has to do
Doctor Who Season 14's Opening Scene Is Hard To Watch If You're Already A Fan
I'm looking forward to seeing him at work but, the fact that he is already fallen into the same social traps as Jodi Whitaker is a bad omen. He needs to be willing to stand up for fans, we already understand that in his personal life he may not morally align with the more conservative audience of Doctor who, but I am proud to say that he has at least earned their respect because they know he can do the role justice. He just needs to foresight to separate the trolls and daleks from the ood and humans among the fan base. Once he has done that, he is already proven that he is worthy. The only thing left do is stand up to the dream Lords and devils in the boardroom that wrote Jody Whitaker and all of Doctor who into a hole. I believe that he can do this, he seems like a charismatic man who is perfect for the role of Doctor who, or a chocolate version of Captain Jack even. And I have faith that is mind will be sharper than any blade, The trick is, not letting politics of the human world seep into his performance. If you want to drive a point home, the safest thing is taking it off world and show an alien culture going through a similar problem, it'll open up the minds of those that you're trying to convince so when they see something similar they may be willing to learn from it rather than hate it, friendly advice.
