It reads, she has to be in the Vicinity lol. If that's the case that means Superman could punch her far away and she'll lose those powers and that's when he could laser eye her. No way she could use every power because some powers probably have rules like the Phoenix and Odin force. Also if that's the case that means she'll inherit Superman's kryptonite weakness. Which means if Superman unlocks his new ability which she may not know how to unlock, he could use Kryptonite to shut off her powers and destroy her from there. Also even if she unlocks the other person's abilities but it's more powerful she would still have to know how to use it
