See AllJapan Already Decided The 3 Strongest Anime Characters, And Even We Were Surprised By The Results
Polls are just popularity contests. Usually reflecting the current most popular franchises. I will always the Marvel vs DC comics run where polls rather than the writers got to decide who won what fight so now we have Lobo beating Juggernaut but then Wolverine beating Lobo.
If we wanted to examine all anime we'd have to divide between tones, gag series with toon force, series that go meta (and thus have to be treated as such comparing others so powers like control over all fiction get nerfed by power of the authors as both authors would be treated as distinct ultimate gods in such a crossover), and series that try to have some level of realism and internal cosmology. That last one is going to give us series with different laws of physics, different multiverse set ups, and different omnipotent beings. The Chousin and Kami Tenchi from Tenchi Muyo, the Lord of Nightmares from Slayers, Sailor Moon final form, and so on till it's one big stalemate where they are tossing infinite power and infinite worlds at one another.
I Hope Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment Doesn’t Copy Age Of Calamity’s Big Twist
A game following the plot points of the memories found in Tears of the Kingdom might itself be enough of a deterrent for the game developers to insist upon it being a different timeline. That being the player already knowing every major plot event coming up as they play. This we suspect was the reason Age of Calamity went to the alternate timeline route. There is a theory to be put forth that this game rather than a true side story to Tears of the Kingdom could be a direct sequel to Age of Calamity. So reasoning is Age of Calamity did alter it's timeline, however nothing in the game prevents the events of Tears of the Kingdom, in the broad strokes sense. Rather it may even speed them up. Following the defeat of Calamity Ganon and the champions all still alive and knowledge of an alternate future the king may tell Zelda of the Hyrule family secret of a great evil sealed under the castle, but all mistakenly believe as Zelda did in the ToTK timeline that the evil is now destroyed and investigate the ruins only to awaken Ganondorf just a century earlier, and just as before Zelda ends up in the past. Wouldn't be surprised if we got a two sided story with the champions and Link fighting Ganondorf revived and his army and Zelda and the sages in the past as the other side of Nintendo went this route. With a possible fusion of the two sides in the new story path rather than go the original route, with changes such as Sonia being saved and so on.
The Dungeons & Dragons Show Is Exciting, But 1 Detail Makes Me Nervous It Will Repeat An Honor Among Thieves Disappointment
My only major concern is the suitmation. As much as I love practical effects Honor Among Thieves showed that the art form has regressed from disuse. The suitmation puppetry in the movie was inferior to much older uses such as the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie and the show Dinosaurs, both of which displayed greater range of movement and expression compared to those seen in Honor Among Thieves.
I Think the MCU Is About To Secretly Debut Its Most Powerful Villain - Yes, Stronger Than Galactus
More powerful than Galactus isn't much a mile stones these days. Depending on the writer, and a cause of considerable irritation among those who want consistent power scaling and cosmology, Galactus will either be an unstoppable cosmic force or a "jobber" as so many heavy hitters are sadly often used as to lift up another character currently being pushed. After all Galactus had been "herald" to two universe eaters, such as Omnipotentus and Black Winter, been a lower threat that had to fight against threats such as Abraxas, The Hunger, and Chaos King. Been defeated in battle by equals such as Aegis and Tenebrous, and defeated and turned into a weapon by the likes of Emperor Doom and Kang the Conqueror, even if these Galactus engines are often written off as alternate universe versions of Galactus. So yeah the character will vary from "one of the faces of the Living Tribunal" down to just some giant energy feeder that enough fire power can take down. And this is before going into characters like the Beyonder and other cosmic power house flavors of the day they may or may not stick around depending on fan reactions.
Dragon Ball Daima Director Addresses Super Saiyan 4's Return, Debunking a Major Theory
Didn't see that fan theory. Only ones I've encountered related to Super Saiyan 4 and access to it have been theories for how it will be explained why it never showed up or was mentioned in Super as a retcon inclusion. Such as only working in the demon realm, the form has worse ki drain and stamina issues than 3, after Daima the form would require having a tail to use much like how they can't use the Oozaru form without a tail. Being the main three theories I've come across.
Zelda Should Break Tradition On Switch 2 By Embracing A Genre Nintendo Has Never Entered
As much as I love playing as other races in Zelda games, The Hyrule Warriors games being prime examples, I must protest any suggestion for an online required gameplay, online optional is okay, but Nintendo has thus far been the best at avoiding it as a requirement, and what little there has been Pokemon and Animal Crossing has not limited the core gameplay to the extent that an MMO would for a one player offline experience.
Alternate suggestions, Link, Zelda, or Linkle having a transformation ability similar to Majora's Mask or a switch out with the Sages as a third way to use their powers so as not the repeat BOTW and TOTK, which could be used much like equiped tools for puzzle solving and exploration, again like Majora's Mask, although a switch out would help differentiate from Majora's Mask.
