See AllI've Changed My Mind About Paramore's Best Song After Seeing Them Live Again For The First Time In A Decade
Thanks for sharing your journey with Par A More. I am to a fan. Your story about this song got my attention. I love the band as well. Music is my soul. I can't play, can't sing,, but I know what IT looks like. My first encounter with the song was totally different. Mine was YouTube live from Chicago, the green hair video. I was floored and couldn't stop listening. I wrote the title down on a sub box years ago, to never forget it. I was drinking and didn't want to forget this masterpiece.
The album version hints at this live spectacle and their vision years before. The chorus vocals sounding like more than the band, to me, seems like their opinion/knowledge of the simply, but powerful words they were delivering. Your story put a smile on my face as I read through tears of joy. Thank You!

Thanks for sharing your experiences so realistically. By that I mean I felt like I was along for your journey. Well explained. I love them as well. I saw the live version of Last Hope on YouTube from Chicago. It blew me away. It is done so well. The power delivered is breathtaking, especially after never hearing the song prior to that.
When I heard the album version, I can't help but think, when they recorded it ( I feel they had this in mind ). The chorus vocals being the live crowd participation. If so brilliant foresight.
I wrote the title down on a sub box with chalk years ago. I just went and found it as proof. Thanks for your story.
