In chapter #1108 of One Piece, a pre-recorded message by Dr. Vegapunk mysteriously begins playing in which Vegapunk claims he is about to share "the truth about the world." Vegapunk addresses the whole world in his shocking message, implying the recording is being broadcast all over the world of One Piece through some mysterious means.

The peculiar message begins playing just as Vegapunk begins succumbing to his injuries after suffering an attack by Kizaru. Considering that the main reason Vegapunk is being executed is due to researching the Void Century, the truth he is about to reveal likely pertains to the same. Vegapunk's revelation might finally provide some much-needed answers to the series' most elusive mystery and likely others as well.

Vegapunk Will Reveal the Biggest One Piece Mysteries

As shocking as it may seem, as seen from Shaka's conversation with Robin and the Straw Hats in chapter #1066, Vegapunk had clearly foreseen the possibility of being hunted down by the World Government for researching the Void Century well in advance. Hence, he likely pre-recorded the current message and set it to be released to the world when and if his life were ever threatened as a countermeasure to ensure his knowledge wouldn't be lost.

The information Vegapunk is about to reveal will likely be game-changing, as it has been hinted that Vegapunk knows a lot about the history of One Piece's world. This includes the Void Century and the Ancient Kingdom that the World Government has tried so desperately to erase.

Not only was Vegapunk present at Ohara after the Buster Call, but he was also aware of Ohara's knowledge being preserved at Elbaf and has gone through their findings. As Shaka claims in chapter #1066, all of the world's mysteries that Ohara deciphered 22 years ago are held within Vegapunk's brain.

Ohara's Truth Will Be Revealed At Last

Overall, the Void Century is an intriguing mystery that fans have been attempting to unravel for nearly two decades, ever since it was teased by Professor Clover. Fortunately, it seems that Vegapunk will ensure Ohara's will lives on and their sacrifice does not go in vain by finally revealing their findings and more.

Seeing as Vegapunk continued researching Ohara's theories even further, he could have even more to share, and it will be interesting to see whether his explanation will be able to connect the various loose threads presented thus far about the Void Century and the Ancient Kingdom.
