The Azurite Sea set for Disney Lorcana has dropped, and with it are a host of new cards and new ways to bling out a deck with the Enchanted versions of various cards. These cards are always exciting to find in a pack and they seem almost too pretty to play with. However, for those who do choose to use these in a deck, it can be quite the flex and a way to mess with an opponent’s mind.

As with most Disney Lorcana sets, the top prices on the market according to TCGPlayer are all Enchanted versions of various cards. These can be hard to find and even harder to pull by chance, so it is a nice surprise when you do find one. However, some of these cards do not have a market price listed, as they have not been sold yet. Due to that, take these listings and their prices with a grain of salt, as market prices will rise and fall throughout the first two weeks of the set’s lifespan.

10 Captain Amelia - Commander Of The Legacy

221/204, Steel

From Treasure Planet, Captain Amelia - Commander of the Legacy is a new Super Rare in the Azurite Sea set. She’s a Steel card with a lower ink cost of four. However, she can quest for two in addition to some of her stronger abilities, such as being unable to be challenged by other pirates in Disney Lorcana and giving all other characters being challenged Resist +1.

Disney Lorcana: Azurite Sea - Release Date, Pricing, & New Cards

Disney Lorcana's next Azurite Sea expansion will arrive soon, and the product lineup and a number of new cards and characters have been revealed.

The Enchanted version has the sort of storybook look that the Enchanted cards all have in this set, with an inky sepia-toned background covered in foil. It’s a great card to boost up a Steel deck, and it is currently worth around $129.00 on TCGPlayer, although the market price has yet to be determined.

9 The Islands I Pulled From The Sea

216/204, Ruby

The first song card on this list, the Uncommon card The Islands I Pulled From The Sea will let a character that costs three or more sing. This will be a particularly strong card in location-based decks, as you can pull whatever location card you want to right out of your deck. The Uncommon version has Maui on a boat further from the scene tugging up an island, but the Enchanted version zooms in on him, giving it a more intense feel overall.

This is appropriate, as that intensity is perfect for Maui’s character. It’s somewhat surprising that an Uncommon card would make it onto this list even being Enchanted. Most players will be happy enough to use the Uncommon version. However, there is more to consider when it comes to how much collectible cards are worth. Currently, the Enchanted version is sitting at $148.00 on TCGPlayer, with the market price yet to be determined.

8 Rafiki - Ethereal Guide

208/204, Amethyst

Rafiki - Ethereal Guide is a Rare Amethyst card that has a fairly high cost to pay. However, the card can be stacked on top of other Rafiki’s to bring that cost down, and the versions currently in the game are all Amethyst to make that a little easier to pull off. He has some pretty high stats on this version of the card, able to quest for four and with a 6/6 stat line. He also helps you keep cards in your hand, allowing you to get a card whenever you ink one.

The regular version of the card has interesting art, with Rafiki floating away from Pride Rock in mystical pink energy. However, the Enchanted version has a much more familiar sight with Rafiki underneath his tree rejoicing. Currently, those who want to bling out a deck with this version of Rafiki will have to pay around $165.00 for it on TCGPlayer.

7 Gadget Hackwrench - Brilliant Bosun

217/204, Sapphire

Like Rafiki, this Super Rare version of Gadget Hackwrench - Brilliant Bosun is able to stack on top of herself to pay less for her. Her stat line is not quite as good, but she is a little cheaper coming in at a six if you do not use her Shift ability. She can quest for three and has a 3/6 stat line. Additionally, if you have an item deck, you can pay one less ink for any Inventor character in your hand while she’s on the table with a host of items.

Her Enchanted version stands out, as you can see more of the Inventor side of her personality coming out. She has a monocle on one eye, holding up an item to it while she inspects it closely. The Enchanted art also gives her eyes an extra gleam of curiosity that isn't as present in the standard card art. Adding this to a collection doesn't come cheap, as it is currently sitting around $168.50 on TCGPlayer.

6 Chip ‘n’ Dale - Recovery Rangers

205/204, Amber

Normally a Rare Amber card, this Enchanted version hones in on the adventurous side of these characters. It is a fairly unique card, as it too includes the Shift ability but with a twist. On this card, you can pay just five for these rangers if you place it on top of any character card named Chip or Dale, as opposed to just being able to stack it on top of one character. This adds some fun flavor, and it makes the card a bit easier to Shift into play than most alternatives.

Additionally, Chip 'n' Dale also have a 6/6 stat line with the ability to Quest for 3. They also rescue their fellow characters, as they can return cards from your discard pile to your hand when a different card is inked. This is a great ability in any decks that like to manipulate the discard pile. One copy has sold for around $150 on TCGPlayer, but the current listings start at around $184.99.

5 Tigger - In The Crow’s Nest

215/204, Ruby

Tigger - In The Crow's Nest has Tigger in a high-seas adventure as a pirate. The standard version is a rare card, and while it also encomes Tigger’s adventures on the sea, the Enchanted version shows the character off swinging on one of the ropes. At the cost of three, he is fairly playable and has a high defense of four for when he is challenged. Challenging him is difficult to begin with, given that he is also Evasive.

Tigger can quest for one, but he can gain an additional questing point if you play an action, making him work best in decks with a fair amount of singing. He pairs quite well with that Islands I Pulled From The Sea card as displayed in the starter decks for this set, particularly as he is likely to stay on the board for a while. Currently, he sits at $205 on TCGPlayer.

4 Wreck-It Ralph - Ham Hands

220/204, Steel

Wreck-It Ralph - Ham Hands is a high-cost Steel card, but it can be a game finisher depending on how far along a player is. That is because it can quest for three and, while doing so, you can also banish an item or location to gain two more lore. This can be a nice late-game surge in lore, making it easy to overtake a faster opponent and steal the win.

The Enchanted version of this Legendary card has Ralph in his typical overalls as he’s readying to throw a punch. The detailing on the sides of his fist also gives the impression that his ham hands are quite powerful. A market price of $226.26 on TCGPlayer certainly reflects the card's desirability, although some listings go as low as $215.

3 Basil - Disguised Detective

212/204, Emerald

Another Uncommon to make it onto this list, Basil - Disguised Detective is holding out two different disguises, one in each hand, as he looks directly down the lens in the Enchanted version of the card. Another six-cost card, he can also use a Shift ability with other versions of himself, and he has a 4/5 stat line. However, he can also quest for two, which may make it hard to decide which stat to use each turn.

Basil also has a ive ability allowing the player to pay a cost of one when inking a card, which will make an opponent discard a card. This is a great way to control your opponent’s hand, which should make it a bit easier to finish out the game. This card is currently selling for around $220 on TCGPlayer.

2 Baymax - Personal Healthcare Companion

218/204, Sapphire

A character for Inventor decks in Disney Lorcana, Baymax - Personal Healthcare Companion is normally a Rare card, but he can be seen watching a Butterfly land on his finger in this Enchanted version. He costs one less if the player has an Inventor on the table, and he has a high defense stat of four for the amount it takes to play him. He can quest for two, but he can also keep the team healthy.

Does Disney Lorcana Have Pixar Cards?

Disney Lorcana is a new, trading card game by Ravensburger, and there are plans to add new cards from Disney's famous Pixar studio.

This is because his ability allows you to pay two ink in order to remove a damage from a different character. This will keep allies healthier and force an opponent to sink more into challenging you. Current listings have Baymax around $260.00 on TCGPlayer.

1 Tiana - Restaurant Owner

206/204, Amber

Tiana finally has her own restaurant on Tiana - Restaurant Owner, and the Enchanted version depicts her dancing through the tables with a host of waiters and musicians behind her. She has a low cost of three to play, but she can quest for two and has decent stats at 1/4. Additionally, her special ability allows any challenges from your opponent that happen while Tiana is exerted will give the challenging character a minus three to their Attack.

This card in particular was flexing in price quite a bit even as this article was being written, so this one is the most subject to rapid change.

This will likely frustrate many opponents, as the only way to mitigate that cost is by paying 3 ink themselves. This can make Tiana a staple in an Amber deck when used correctly, confirming her status as one of the most wanted new cards. This legendary Enchanted card is currently sitting at a median price of around $281 on TCGPlayer, with listings ranging from $250 all the way to $314 and dominating the lineup of Disney Lorcana: Azurite Sea prices.
