To unlock a playable Thanos, the player will need to either have the $14.99 season or purchase the Avengers: Infinity War Character and Level Pack at $2.99. A sequence will playout of Thanos invading the home of the Inhumans, Attilan. Thanos and his children will make their way deeper into the planet to the Black Bolt's Throne. Currently, there is no other method to unlocking Thanos in the game. Although, Young Groot and the Hulkbuster 2.0 are also included as playable characters in the Infinity War character pack.
