WARNING! Spoilers for Storm #6

In Storm #6 by Murewa Ayodele, Luciano Vecchio, Rachelle Rosenberg, and Alex Guimarães, Storm s forces with Charles Xavier and finds herself facing off against the X-Men. Eternity takes over and disposes of Cyclops, and once he's down, Storm sets her sights on Juggernaut as he holds his ground against her intense winds.

Juggernaut May Be Powerful, But He's No Match for The Eternal Storm
Storm has always been ranked among the strongest beyond Omega. She puts her newfound powers to the test in this fight against the X-Men, and her confrontation with Juggernaut cements her as a powerhouse that even he can't compete with. Normally, Cain can't be stopped once he builds momentum, but Storm manages to accomplish the seemingly impossible by summoning spears that pierce through Juggernaut and hold him in place. Then, she finishes him off with an "immortal head smash" attack, knocking him out cold.

Juggernaut Redefined: Marvel its the Unstoppable Hero Must Follow One Rule to Stay Strong
Juggernaut continues to be plagued by the demons of his villainous past despite his heroic redemption in X-Men canon, revealing one major weakness.
Storm first obtained access to Eternity's power in Storm #4, when she was killed by a spirit known as Eégún before being resurrected. Upon her return to life, she was gifted with astounding abilities, courtesy of Eternity. She has since been able to tap into cosmic power, in addition to being controlled by Eternity during the heat of battle. Juggernaut is powered by the demon-god Cyttorak, but even his strength pales in comparison to the force that Storm can now channel with Eternity's help. The Juggernaut has met his match at long last in the form of the Eternal Storm.

Storm's Powers Are One of Many New Weaknesses Juggernaut Faces
The Eternal Storm's powers have been established as a key weakness for Juggernaut, but they aren't the only thing that's managed to slow him down in recent memory. In X-Men #12 by Jed MacKay and Netho Diaz, for instance, it's revealed that a substance known as Magik's Soulsword can damage Juggernaut as well. Though once invincible, Juggernaut has been gradually weakened by Cyttorak over the years, causing him to be more vulnerable to attacks. Thus, Storm can indeed stop the Juggernaut, proving her powers have sured his.
