After it was revealed that Jordan Peele was working on a fourth movie, there has been much speculation as to what stars will the cast and what the story details of this untitled project could be. The comedian has directed three hugely successful movies since the beginning of his filmmaking career, with his famous debut, Get Out, winning the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. His other projects include Us and Nope, two other thrilling horrors that layer their stories with social criticism and deeper themes of race, identity, and family.

Jordan Peele made some of the best horror movies of the modern era, and it seems like his streak within the genre will continue for his fourth. Peele teased that his next project will be a mix of both horror and humor, much like his previous works, suggesting that his fourth movie won't necessarily alter the formula that has worked so well. Nope premiered on July 22, 2022.

No cast have been announced for Peele’s new movie yet, but the director has been known to use certain actors frequently. Daniel Kaluuya appeared in both Get Out and Nope, so he’s the most likely candidate for Peele to bring over to his new movie.

Get Out’s Lil Rel Howery has also spoken about wanting to collaborate with Peele again, and in an exclusive interview with Screen Rant, the actor itted: “you know, it’s funny, [Peele and I] almost had that type of conversation [...] there’s going to be stuff in the pipeline. One thing I love about Jordan is it’s not going to be something that’s okay, when we do it, it’s going to be special.”

the decision to withhold the new movie’s title is definitely a clue that it could be something recognizable.

It’s impossible to guess exactly what the story will be about, but many fans have theorized that he may actually be creating a sequel to his 2018 smash-hit Get Out. Whenever asked about the possibility, Peele has always stated that nothing is impossible, but the director seems to be focusing on original projects for now. However, the decision to withhold the new movie’s title is definitely a clue that it could be something recognizable.

But with that in mind, there are plenty of reasons that Get Out 2 shouldn’t happen. Not only would it distract from the greatness of the original, but it would also prevent Peele from sharing the original stories that are clearly so close to his heart. Nobody knows exactly where the director is going with this new script, but announcements won’t be too far away, and everyone will soon know more about Jordan Peele’s untitled movie.
