Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is officially coming to PlayStation 5 on April 17, 2025. The game, which is part of Xbox's push to get more of its exclusives onto Sony's console, will be launching with several editions, each including perks, in-game items, and even some merch like a storage globe as part of the Collector's Edition. Thankfully, early access is also a perk, depending on which version of The Great Circle you buy.

After announcing the PS5 release date for Indiana Jones, various editions were also revealed by Bethesda. The game, which was released on Xbox and PC back in December, will get quite a few bonuses when it arrives on PS5 in April. It should be plenty of incentive to give the game a shot, even if you've already played it on another system. For those who pre-order the game in time, they'll also have early access to Indiana Jones and the Great Circle for up to 2 days in advance.

As mentioned on Bethesda's storefront, early access for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle on PS5 is two days ahead of its full release. Since it's releasing on April 17, that ostensibly means early access for The Great Circle will begin on April 15, 2025. Of course, as noted by Bethesda, it "depends on the time of purchase" and is "applicable to time zone differences."

Certain Editions Come With A Nice 2-Day EA Perk

In order to get early access for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle on PS5, you'll need to purchase either the or Collector's Edition of the game. The Edition costs $99.99 and comes with a digital artbook, in-game goodies, and DLC in addition to the early access period. The Collector's Edition includes all of this and four additional items - an Allmaker Relic replica, New Adventure Journal, a storage globe, and a steelbook case. This Collector's Edition also comes with early access and costs $189.99.

Compared to recent early access releases like MLB The Show 25 (5 days) or WWE 2K25 (a week), a two-day early access period isn't all that much. Getting to play The Great Circle two days early may not sway people to pay a higher price on that alone, but the other bonuses may make it worth the extra cost. The Standard Edition of the game on PS5 comes in at $69.99.

For those who missed Indiana Jones and the Great Circle when it first came out, the PS5 release of the game should be pretty exciting. It's great to see the PS5 version will receive various editions like the Xbox version did, and the early access period is a nice bonus for those who want to purchase the or Collector's editions of the game. The EA period should begin on April 15, 2025.
