An English press release from Crunchyroll confirms the details surrounding Hell's Paradise's long-awaited second season. Alongside announcing that Hell's Paradise season 2 will come out in January 2026, Crunchyroll also confirmed that the second series will be streaming on their own platform.
Hell's Paradise's first season saw Gabimaru's motivations entirely be his return to his wife and his discovery of a new way of living after being raised as a master assassin in the village of Iwagakure, a ruthless village of shinobi assassins. The end of the season left off with Gabimaru and Sagiri's party facing off with Mu Dan around the entrance of Horai, supposedly where the Elixir of Life is held. After revealing that the Tensen are, in fact, gods of the island and that Gabimaru's spouse may have just been confabulation, Hell's Paradise's first season left fans to dry, hungry for more. The teaser trailer for the second season picks up where they left off, showing Yamada and others in mystical scenery and Gabimaru in pensive solitude.
