Amulets and Rings are magic items you can equip to party in Baldur's Gate 3 to give them special abilities or ive traits that help them best during intense combat encounters. Accessories are found all over each Act of the game, ranging from uncommon effects to legendary attributes. Some of these items even let you cast spells that characters wouldn't gain access to as they level up.

There are 73 total Rings and around 60 total Amulets that you can find throughout each part of your adventure, making it impossible to mention each one. Depending on your party composition in Baldur's Gate 3, some jewelry might be far more useful for your group than it would be for another collection of characters. For example, the Lofty Sorcerer's Amulet only really works with a strong Sorcerer class build.

10 Amulet of the Devout

The Very Rare Amulet of the Devout works wonderfully with spell-casting classes in Baldur's Gate 3, giving them a +2 bonus to their Spell Save DC with the High Spellcasting trait. This makes it far harder for your enemies to resist the effects of any magic you use. While the Godswill ability only really pairs well with Clerics with a Channel Ability feature, this initial effect makes it a potent Accessory for anyone who relies on spells during a fight.

9 Ring of Evasion

The Ring of Evasion does not resemble the class feature of the same name, instead letting you use your reaction on a failed Dexterity saving throw to succeed. While many characters still take half damage from spells or monster abilities that impose Dex saves, classes like the Rogue or Monk in Baldur's Gate 3 take no damage. The effect of this item is favorable for anyone wearing it, especially those with a lower Dexterity score.

An important thing to note about the Ring of Evasion is that you do not have to recharge its effect after a Short or Long Rest, and you may use it every turn the character using it has a reaction.

8 Fey Semblance Amulet

Like a racial trait you can find when creating your character, the Fey Semblance Amulet gives you an advantage on Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws. These throws are often used to resist Charmed, Frightened, or other disabling status conditions. While not as extraordinary an effect as some other magic items, the most difficult fights in Baldur's Gate 3 try to impact your party in this way more often than you would think.

7 Amulet of Misty Step

The Misty Step spell is one of the most reliable pieces of magic in Baldur's Gate 3, making the Amulet of Misty Step a must-have for characters who usually can't access that arcane ability. This Level 2 spell lets you teleport up to 18 meters to any unoccupied space you can see while surrounded in a sliver mist. This can be used to reposition a character, retreat, or even get into a better spot for attacking a dangerous boss.

6 Burnished Ring

The Burnished Ring is a boiled-down eye stalk of a Spectator monster, a deadly aberration that fires laser beams dealing different effects. This Accessory lets you use one of these effects, the Paralyzing Ray, turning this Ring into a powerful and broken item in Baldur's Gate 3. Causing Paralysis on an enemy makes them unable to take actions, bonus actions, or reactions, essentially causing them to become Incapacitated as an easy target.

Any attack against a Paralyzed enemy is always a Critical Hit if the attacker is within 3 meters of the foe, letting you deal ridiculous damage to those afflicted by the Burnished Ring.

5 Amulet of Greater Health

Not only does the Amulet of Greater Health give you an advantage on Constitution saving throws, but you also have your Con stat increased to 23. This changes everything about a character's durability, giving you a higher Hit Point maximum and better resistance to harsh environments as you level up. You could use this Accessory in various ways, like turning Karlach into an unstoppable tank or making Gale survive close fights in Baldur's Gate 3.

4 Spellcrux Amulet

Another Very Rare Accessory for spellcasters, the Spellcrux Amulet gives you the Spell Slot Restoration Class Action to regain a use of expended magic. This is an excellent item for desperate struggles where characters have run out of limited uses for their strongest magic in Baldur's Gate 3. While it does cost an action to activate, some magic abilities may only take a bonus action to cast, letting you find some quick strategies for this Accessory.

3 Killer's Sweetheart (Ring)

The strongest Ring in Baldur's Gate 3 is Killer's Sweetheart, an Accessory that allows you to automatically deal a Critical Hit on your next attack after killing a creature. An ability that takes a Long Rest to reset, this works extremely well in large battles against a boss with lots of minions. Taking advantage of the high damage from a Critical without relying on luck lets you devastate enemies in challenging combat situations.

2 Scarab of Protection (Amulet)

The Scarab of Protection is a Legendary Amulet with two distinct traits that give your character extraordinary defenses against magic. The Spell Protection ability gives a character an advantage on any saving throw against a spell, giving you a better chance to overcome nearly any magical effect in Baldur's Gate 3. Spells that would impose a condition and damaging Area of Effect (AoE) magic are equally resisted with this item.

The Necromantic Evasion trait lets you use your reaction to succeed in a failed saving throw against any Necromancy spells cast by undead creatures. While this effect is specific to certain situations, fights against the undead are usually brutal, making this item especially powerful. Major bosses from Act 3, including Astarion's former master Cazador in Baldur's Gate 3, would apply for this Evasion ability.

1 Unflinching Protector Amulet

The Unflinching Protector Amulet in Baldur's Gate 3 is the strongest Accessory because it reflects the game's themes of unity and cooperation with your party through the Unflinching Protection trait. This effect lets you use your reaction to cause an attack against an ally close to you to automatically miss. This ability recharges after a Short Rest, making this Accessory an item you can activate fairly often.
