The couple lived in Seattle for 21 years before taking Kasie and her brother Kraig to Costa Rica. One of her parents is a chiropractor, while the other is a Yoga teacher, and both wanted to expand their children's horizons. It is safe to assume that because her father hails from Scandinavia, that Kasie may have felt a connection to Norway. She'll have so much to look forward to during the new season.
