Reality TV is more popular than ever. With so many to choose from, here are some of the best reality TV shows to stream or watch right now.
Tarik Myers & Hazel Cagalitan
Not Together
After meeting and becoming engaged in Before the 90 Days season 2, Tarik and Hazel were featured in 90 Day Fiancé season 8, when Hazel officially moved to America. The pair weren't settled into married life for long before drama exploded between the pair, with Hazel accusing Tarik of domestic violence. Somehow the pair reconciled, but they no longer appear to be together once again. Hazel is currently pregnant, and it's unknown if Tarik is the father.
In season 8, Hazel came out as bisexual to her parents, and she and Tarik tried to find a girlfriend to their marriage. In an episode of 90 Day Diaries, Hazel also endeavored to bring her son over from The Philippines, although it does not look like that ever happened. Hazel did form a connection with Tarik's daughter who has autism, although, given the rough status of her and Tarik's relationship, it's unclear if Hazel is still in Tarik's daughter's life.
Rachel Bear & Jon Walters
Not Together
Although she received tons of criticism from fans for visiting her online partner with a baby, Rachel allowed her faith in her and Jon's love to be her guiding light, eventually tying the knot with the English man and adding him to her small family. However, complications with Jon's visa - due to a criminal record - have meant that the two had to be in a long-distance relationship while trying to resolve the issue and bring Jon to her. Rachel couldn't move to England because her daughter's father would not allow it.
The couple kept fans up to date on their very difficult visa process for many years, but the couple surprisingly announced in May 2024 that they had broken up.
They cited that the visa process was "hopeless" for them, and they just couldn't continue with the long distance anymore. Rachel's daughter Lucy thinks of Jon like a dad, and it's unknown how things will work out with parenting.
Ricky Reyes & Ximena Parra
Not Together
Even with all the fakest things about 90 Day Fiancé, the series never fails to entertain viewers, with Before the 90 Day's Ricky Reyes bringing forth an unprecedented level of drama through his simultaneous pursuit of two women in Columbia, ending up with neither and getting back with his ex-wife by the tell-all episode. Many fans hated the coupling of Ximena and Ricky because of how Ricky treated her as a "Plan B" while she seemed to be genuinely in love with him. Luckily, the two split ways and Ximena was free to find someone more deserving of her whole heart.
Today, Ricky can be found on social media sharing little about himself but frequently posting his two daughters and gym progress. His YouTube channel also is targeted at fellow "single parents" suggesting he has not yet found the love he had been searching for years ago. Today, Ximena appears to have found romance with a handsome guitar player named Sergio, with whom she frequently posts photos while she lives out her best life in Spain while running a nail business
Marta Maldonado & Daya
Not Together
While there are many 90 Day couples that are so bad they're good, there are also many that are so bad they're forgettable, such as the pairing of Marta and Daya. The main reason they were unpopular was the fact that Marta never actually got to meet her Algerian online boyfriend, prompting many fans to believe she was being catfished. Although Marta has denied this, she has notably taken a private route since her public appearance on the show. It appears that she is currently working towards becoming a realtor while working as a teacher and promoting her own small businesses. Daya's current life and whereabouts are a mystery.
Angela Deem & Michael Ilesanmi
Not Together
Michael and Angela have come a long way since debuting in Before the 90 Days, now becoming a prominent couple within the larger franchise and being memorable for their problematic, persistent, and entertaining relationship that featured one of the best 90 Day Fiancé proposals. Due to her constant accusations and apparent mistreatment of Michael, Angela has become one of the most disliked cast in the fandom; ironically, she is also one of the most popular people from season 2, with over 1 million followers on Instagram and her own business manager and Cameo .
Angela and Michael have gone on to appear in 90 Day Fiancé, several seasons of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, 90 Day: The Last Resort, and 90 Day Diaries. They are currently on Happily Ever After? season 8. After seven years together, Michael's spousal visa was finally approved, and he ed Angela in America.
However, after only three months with her, Michael left Angela and has been living his best life, and Angela is not happy about it.
Darcey Silva & Jesse Meester
Not Together
Darcey went to The Netherlands to meet Jesse for the first time. They had many communication breakdowns and Darcey had several meltdowns all while hoping to get a proposal. Their story continued on Before the 90 Days season 3, where Jesse stayed with Darcey in her native Connecticut. Things were epically bad once again and the toxic pair broke up.
Darcey and her twin sister Stacey Silva went on to get their own spinoff, Darcey & Stacey, which has been very successful. Darcey has totally changed her appearance with many plastic surgeries and got married earlier this year to her on and off again boyfriend, Georgi Rusev. Jesse was on 90 Day: The Single Life season 2 where he went to Colombia and dated Before the 90 Days alum Jeniffer Tarazona. The pair eventually split and Jesse is in a new relationship and is also a new dad.
Paul Staehle & Karine Martins
Not Together
Then-20-year-old Karine met then-34-year-old Paul online and Paul went down to the Amazon of Brazil to meet her. The pair's relationship had many problems, especially with communication, but they got married anyway. Karine and Paul had two sons together, and Karine came to the U.S. on a spousal visa. They were featured on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way as well when Paul lived in Brazil.
However, the pair had domestic violence issues and were fired from the franchise. They have since broken up and both lost custody of their sons. Karine still lives in Kentucky, while Paul spends most of his time in Brazil and is rumored to have another young girlfriend there. They were one of the most toxic 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days couples.
