The Office will forever be my favorite sitcom! I cannot find the words to express how many times I've been going through tough times and The Office would be my go-to for stress relief. Laughter truly is the best medicine, and this iconic series has touched my heart and tickled my fancy forever! Thank you to anyone who may have been a character or worked on The Office for making my depression dissipate hundreds of times! The Office feels like family to me!

The Office is such a funny show about people in the workplace. When I have lunch or dinner, I just can't stop watching the comedy every day. I like Jim and Pam—they make me so envious, and I'm also a big fan of the couple. Thanks to the crew for providing such a great show, which motivates me to work hard to learn English. Everyone has that one movie or show. That special project that, by virtue of quality, circumstance, or undescribable personal connection, becomes intrinsically linked with you. For me, that's The Office.

I started watching the show as season 3 was airing, and despite being far too young to have an office job, I was immediately hooked. Almost 20 years later, it's still my comfort food. It's what I put on when I'm having a bad day and need to feel better, and it's what I put on when I'm already feeling great.

There's no doubt that a few creative decisions later in the show - particularly with Andy's character arc - detract a bit from the overall experience, but things aren't beautiful because they're perfect. To me, The Office is the funniest show ever created, filled with memorable characters and iconic situations I'll never tire of revisiting over and over again.

The Office is easily one of the most iconic comedies of the 2000s, and between the great comedic timing of the cast and how greatly it excels at both being funny and being dramatic and heartwarming, it more than earns that reputation. Even with some of the early episodes not aging well and the last two seasons suffering a drop in quality, it's an overall solid show from start to finish, and few comedies even come close to its quality.

ittedly didn’t watch it when it first aired. Then it was introduced to me during a challenging part of my life. It soon became a staple of my off time and is always on tap to keep us laughing at the mundane and sad bit of life. Simply the best. Bears, beets and battlestar galactica!

For the entirety that Michael is in the show, The Office is the perfect sitcom. I have watched it more times than I can count. Some of the funniest and most awkward moments I have ever seen. Feels like getting a hug from an old friend.

The US Office may not be as tight as its UK originator, but it's a well-drawn portrait of several very funny characters which - even after it hits its peak - has some of the best sitcom jokes of all time.

One caveat: outright skip the first season, there is nothing for yout here.

The Office gets a lot of hype, but I genuinely think it's deserved. This show paved the way for the mockumentary genre and deadpan humor. It's one of those shows that you can turn on any random episode and definitely get a laugh out of it. Some episodes definitely drag on longer than others, especially towards the later seasons, but the successful comedic moments heavily outweigh the bad.

Couple things...the article says "season 12, episode 6" . Since the office lasted 9 seasons, not 12 or more, this is not accurate .

Also Pam's confession to Roy did not happen at David Wallace's party but at the local pub, you're confusing episodes.

I think like many, this is that one show that just never gets old, no matter how many times I've watched. It's so easy to just pop on in the background to have playing while doing something else. I also feel like I quote bits and pieces of it in my every day life all. the. time.
