Alexa, Kill Kenny

Alex Kill Kenny South Park

In a recent episode involving Amazon and Jeff Bezos, Kenny becomes an activist and boycotts Amazon in solidarity with the other strikers of the company. Bezos, who looks like an alien race from Star Trek, doesn't like this and orders his Alexa to kill Kenny for him. The iconic "Alexa, kill Kenny" is said directly in front of Kyle, Stan, and Cartmen, and Kenny is then killed off-screen. At the end of the episode, Cartmen carries his coffin in the bike parade. While this death is off-screen, the fact that Bezos gets Alexa to kill Kenny off-screen is so incredibly brutal.

Underpants Gnomes

South Park Underpants Gnomes

The underpants gnomes, who sneak into people's houses to steal their underwear at night, accidentally kill Kenny with a mining cart. The cart lands on Kenny from high above and completely crushes the poor kid. After this, Stan and Kyle say their typical lines with such ease and boredom. As if they are forced to do so every time it happens. Even the gnomes comment on their tone saying things like "your friend just died, we just accidentally killed him," but the two just wave it off with a simple "yeah, yeah, but anyway."

Mr. Jefferson

South Park Michael Jackson kills Kenny

This was a rare time fans got to see Kenny's actual face and hair and hear his voice since it is always hidden behind the hood of his parka. Kenny disguises himself as Mr. Jefferson (Michael Jackson)'s child, Blanket. "Permanent Death"

South Park Kenny Dies

In the thirteenth episode of season five, "Kenny dies," Kenny gets a terminal illness that leaves all of his friends and family actually mourning his death for the first time. His friends visit him in the hospital and try to make his remaining days the best they can be. While this death isn't particularly gruesome, it was a pretty brutal episode for fans of Kenny. The show creators were bored with the gimmick in which Kenny always dies already and wanted to be free from the cuffs to the concept. Kenny remained dead for the season finale of five and almost all of season six, up until the very last moments in the finale.

Potato Heart

Kenny Potato Heart South Park Movie

This death is definitely one of, if not the, most brutal of all of Kenny's deaths. This death takes place during the South Park movie, South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut, and is what initially sends Kenny to hell. After watching a Terrance & Phillip movie, Kenny and Cartmen get into an argument about whether or not they can actually set their farts on fire. After a display gone-wrong, Kenny ends up setting himself on fire and is rushed to the hospital. Many fans would have assumed that the boy would have burnt to death, but instead, his organs are ripped out and heated up with a baked potato someone had left in the microwave. When Kenny comes to again, he is told that his heart has been replaced by the potato and he has three seconds left to live. The potato then explodes in his chest.

Mysterion Suicide

Kenny as Mysterion in South Park..

Mysterion is a self-aware superhero, who knows that for whatever reason, he simply cannot die. Or at least, he assumes he can't. In truth, Kenny dies all the time and is reborn each time due to a ritual to honor Cthulhu that his parents attended before Kenny was born. In an effort to show his friends that his power does exist but they keep forgetting, Kenny puts a bullet through his head and makes them all watch. It isn't a particularly gory death compared to others, but it is definitely one of the most gruesome in the series.
