Brianna Duffield and Below Deck Down Under season 3 has already been a bit of a rollercoaster so far. Bosun Wihan Du Toit is trying to date every woman onboard, from sharing an ill-fated kiss with Chef Tzarina Mace-Ralph to a date with Stew Marina Marcondes de Barros, before settling on Adair Werley.

However, Wihan's love life isn't the only drama aboard Captain Jason Chambers' superyacht. The Captain tried to help Chef Tzarina by providing her with a Sous Chef, but Anthony Bird's ego got him fired. It was revealed in the trailer for Below Deck Down Under season 3 that either Wihan, Chef Tzarina, or Chief Stew Lara Rigby could be fired before the end of the season, and while Wihan's antics make him the frontrunner, it really could be anyone. However, I think Brianna and Harry's romance is a ticking time bomb that will also cause drama.

Brianna Finds Her Romance With Harry Boring

She Wants More Spice In The Relationship

Brianna and Harry started strong, but their boatmance has sort of fizzled out, though Harry doesn't seem to think so. Harry made a bold move that Brianna liked, surprising Brianna with a kiss during a night out. However, what began as a playful flirtation quickly turned into an awkward dynamic as Brianna found herself frustrated by Harry’s lack of initiative. When Harry hesitated to take advantage of a private moment with the Stew, Brianna was left questioning whether their connection was worth pursuing.

The tension between them built as Brianna expressed her disappointment, calling out Harry for his indecisiveness. While Harry later itted he could have handled things differently, it looked like it may have bee too little, too late. As the season progresses, their romance teeters between sweet and stagnant, proving that boatmances can be tricky.

Brianna seems to like Harry, but she's also not into the lack of excitement and playing by the rules. I think Brianna wants a bit of a bad boy, and that's simply not who Harry is. He's been a perfect gentleman, and but doesn't seem to want that.

She Was Left Heartbroken

Brianna might put on a sunny attitude on Below Deck Down Under, but she's dropped hints that her previous relationship wasn't positive. Before boarding the Katina, Brianna shared she was in a long-term relationship with a South African man who broke her heart. He tended to gaslight her and make her feel less-than, finally culminating in a break-up. While Brianna hasn't given many details regarding her ex, she might not be ready for a nice guy like Harry.

Harry is kind and genuine, always wanting to make sure that Brianna feels comfortable and safe around him. She might be reacting to his generosity and caring nature because she hadn't gotten that in her previous relationship. Hopefully, Harry can see she needs a bit more excitement without losing his characteristic charm.

Will Brianna & Harry's Relationship Turn Sour?

Their Relationship Won't Work Out

I don't foresee Brianna and Harry's relationship lasting much longer on Below Deck Down Under. Harry got permission to use a guest cabin for a potential hookup after the last charter, but again, it feels too prescribed for Brianna to view it as a kind gesture. Brianna thinks Harry is sweet, but it's not enough for her. She needs a bit of a bad boy and more danger involved. Meanwhile, Harry seems to have no idea that Brianna isn't feeling it with him.

I think Brianna is going to have to let Harry down within the next couple of episodes, and it's going to cause a bit of drama. Harry will try to keep things professional, but he tends to wear his heart on his sleeve. The crew isn't that big, and there's bound to be friction. I hope I'm wrong because I think Harry and Brianna could be cute. Unfortunately, I also think she's gotten the ick on Below Deck Down Under season 3.
