Mondoin partnership with WaterTower Music, is releasing The Batman's score as a vinyl, which is now available for pre-order on the Mondo website. The vinyl will include new artwork by Henry Abrams, pressed on a 180-gram vinyl that is color exclusive to the Mondo webstore, with a 180-gram black vinyl also available. It will contain nearly two hours of score inside three discs, with the pricing of the vinyl set to be around $50. Mondo Creative Director, Mo Shafeek, shared his thoughts on the newly announced vinyl. Read his comment and check out images of the vinyl below:

“In 2022, five decades and nearly two dozen takes on the character and the music of his world, it should be impossible to tackle the world’s greatest detective with such a fresh and iconic take. But here we stand and the soundtrack to The Batman is as inspired and essential as the film itself”

It is no surprise that The Batman has already received a Mondo vinyl despite only being released last week. Batman films have always had incredible soundtracks. Whether it be Hans Zimmer's work for the Dark Knight trilogy or Tim Burton's Batman that featured Prince, it is safe to say that Giacchino's work is up there among the best. The score, mixed with Reeves' incredible vision to shy away from the familiar superhero formula and instead adopt a more detective story, has pushed The Batman as one of the best superhero films.
